Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees and will require approval prior to commencement.
3. Fees & Payment
- All fees are quoted in AUD unless otherwise stated
- Payment terms will be specified in your invoice or agreement
- Ongoing services may be billed on a recurring basis
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for ongoing engagements.
4. Results & Performance Disclaimer
While we apply proven strategies and industry expertise, Adlance Marketing does not guarantee specific results, including:
- Search engine rankings
- Traffic volumes
- Conversion rates or sales outcomes
Performance is influenced by multiple external factors including competition, market conditions, and platform algorithms.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure optimal outcomes, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain access to relevant platforms (e.g. website, ad accounts)
- Comply with applicable laws and advertising policies
Delays in communication or access may impact performance and timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All strategy, campaigns, and materials developed by Adlance Marketing remain the intellectual property of Adlance Marketing until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.
We reserve the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive data to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and other advertising or analytics providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Changes to platform algorithms or policies
- Platform outages or disruptions
- Account suspensions due to policy violations
Clients remain responsible for complying with all platform terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adlance Marketing will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from third-party platforms or services
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice, as outlined in the agreement.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding fees become immediately payable
- Access to services may be revoked
- Ongoing campaigns may be paused or concluded
11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
